Kids are great, and I want to help them do their best! I offer short-term treatment to help children with mild-to-moderate anxiety or depression. I provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT (a type of talk therapy) helps people learn new ways of behaving and thinking to improve mood and reduce anxiety. I also offer evidence-based parenting strategies to address behavior problems in the home. I focus on practical, goal-oriented treatments that help families address their needs. When patients need longer-term treatment, I help them figure out the next steps. My goal is to help patients learn practical ways to make meaningful changes in their lives. Please note that I accept referrals only from Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics Manchester Pediatrics.
